Marty Kuehne

Marty Kuehne is a Senior Advisor to the business, adding 35+ years of consulting experience across multiple industries to the team. He was the founder of Organizational Concepts International, and aviation and travel focused management consulting firm. He became a partner at Seabury Consulting in 2009, which was ultimately sold to Accenture in 2017. He has also held senior positions at American Express, Wells Fargo, and Northwest Airlines with responsibility for compensation, benefits, org design and leadership development – often interfacing with the Board of Directors.

Currently, Marty works as a Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, a leading financial restructuring firm. He currently sits on the BOD for Rainmaker Technologies and Beyond Capital Funds.
