Lukas Rudari is a Partner and the Head of Workforce Analytics

Lukas has expert level experience in assisting clients in exploring and implementing new organizational capabilities in digitalization and organizational transformation using cutting-edge analytics tools, helping clients to transform their data into insights and actions.

Prior to StratX Tools, Lukas was consultant at Seabury Consulting and Accenture, where he was part of the workforce analytics consulting team. Lukas holds a Master’s and Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Management and Technology respectively from Purdue University.
